Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchange policy
1. We accept exchanges only in case of quality issues (manufacturing defect or wrong product/size sent) within 7 days of product delivery. In such cases the customer needs to send proof to (clear images/unboxing video) contactus@barefootstore.in and we will get back to you. Once confirmed at our end the product shall be exchanged at no additional cost.

2. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partner against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

3. Please ensure that all items are in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If not, this may lead to disqualification of your return request.

4. For self-ship, please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
